Help for everyone using StoneEx System — the web app and the StoneEx mobile apps for templaters and installers. Contact us for account access or login assistance, technical issues, questions about how the apps work, or any other support inquiry. You do not need an account, a subscription, or a sign-in to reach us.

Support is handled by email. Write to us at the address below and we will reply to the address you write from.
To help us resolve your issue on the first reply, please include your company or shop name, the email address you use to sign in, whether you are using the web app or a mobile field app, and a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened. Screenshots are always welcome.
What we can help with
- Account access or login assistance. Trouble signing in, sign-in links or Google sign-in not working, losing access to your workspace, or questions about members, roles, and permissions in your organization.
- Technical issues. Errors or unexpected behavior in the web app or the mobile field apps, problems loading or saving your work, and jobs, photos, or measurements not syncing between the field and the office.
- Questions about how the apps work. How to use drawing, quoting, the shared inbox, scheduling, and the templater and installer field apps — including getting set up for the first time.
- Other support inquiries. Billing and subscription questions, feedback and feature requests, or anything else. If you are not sure where your question belongs, send it here and we will route it.
Privacy and security requests
For questions about your personal data, or to make a privacy request, email privacy@stoneexsystem.com. To report a suspected security vulnerability, email security@stoneexsystem.com so our security team sees it directly.
